RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY:
This Policy reflects our effort to control abuse, this also protects our customers and guarantee that the merchandise you purchase from us is always new and fresh and that it has not been used, washed, worn or returned so many times that it is no longer a quality item. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to read the store policy. We have posted this as notice so that you are aware of our policy. We do not verbally read off our entire store policy. If you wish to ask us about our policy, it is your responsiblity to ask and we will gladly respond to your question. We will not however be responsible if you do not read or understand our policy. Please do not ask our customer service or sales personnel to break this policy. They work for us and do not have the authority to change or break this policy and the rules. Please be aware of this and please show respect to our staff.
All regular items that are not considered a special or custom orders become a final sale 14 days from the original date of receipt of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Little kids wear inc., we will happily accept a return within those 14 days which includes the date of purchase.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and a brief description of the reason for the return. All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. If you had standard ground shipping, please note the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns 14 days after receipt of purchase. If an item was purchased as a set, such as a top and a pant, it must be returned as a set. Returns and exchanges of incomplete sets will not be accepted. Items must be returned to Little kids wear inc. in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all original tags attached. If any items do not meet these standards the return or exchange will not be processed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Christening,Communion Dresses,Suits, Shirt, ties, shoes, custom christening, flower girl, occasion dress,Holiday outfits & Dresses or special order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions
Online returns are only credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Purchases made in store cannot be returned through the online portal. All purchases made in store must be returned back to the store within 30 days of purchase. In store returns of purchases are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
No Cash Refunds, Credit Card Refunds. No exceptions. All sale and clearance items are not returnable and non-refundable. All items not purchased at full retail are considered sale items. We would like to note that some of our children’s apparel is quite delicate we inspect all item going out any damages after an item has been worn is considered a final sale . We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn or washed . Please keep this in mind when ordering.
To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account Please remember to e-mail us at email@example.com for an authorization number to return for an exchange.
We do not “hold” items in anticipation of a return nor can we “rush” an exchange. However, if you prefer not to re-order, (with the understanding that requested items may no longer be available when your return is processed), exchanges may be made within 14 days of the date the original order is delivered to the recipient provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. (Items must arrive back to Little kids wear inc. within 14 days after they were received, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Re-shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on file with the original order in the case of exchanges. Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a credit, (or store credit where applicable), will be issued to the original payment method on file and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order. SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
We recommend using UPS or Federal Express if you are returning merchandise. We recommend you always insure your package for the entire retail value of the merchandise being returned and get a tracking number before returning your merchandise. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Returns must include a copy of your original receipt and the return authorization number on the package in the original box. If you do not, we will not be able to process your return.
Once an order has been shipped and has left our warehouse and your credit card has been billed the order is considered processed. If you cancel the order you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the cost of the shipping charges and or any other special fees that you might have requested to expedite your item. You will be refunded the balance of the bill once the item is returned to us at your cost, inspected, cleared and restocked.
